Yeah, MTS is working frr with epple VPN in udp port 53 & it is working f9 with good speed , no dissconnection & no limit, but you need to be active in MTS to get high speed , iam sharing this from frendz4m.com (yeah credit goes to frendz4m) , this VPN is working fine for me here in karnataka, please try in your states and upadte the status of VPN & its speed in comment field below :)
