Full procedure in Brief:

[+]-First Connect with airtelgprs.com APN, Remove any proxies from the Internet browser(if their is any).
[+]-Download Hex-VPN then Extract it, Go to Hex VPN\data\config\Hotspot Shield\ Directory, and edit the config server's as the instructions given below
[+]-Then Run HexVPN! ( Run as Admin if on Windows Vista/7/8 )
[+]-Now Go to Tools:-Options [Now install the both Drivers]
[+]-Then click OK, Now Select a Server, any one which you modified, Click Connect, it will connect in 15-20 seconds...

PS: Install Adblock Extension Chrome Version or Firefox Version! to remove Ads while Surfing.....

Solution for Config Directory not found error:

Open HexVPN, Go to Tools then options and select Config Directory path manually..........
